Good news for those BANGLADESHI’S who were not happy with their internet speed.WI-MAX is just about to be launched in Bangladesh with couple of months. As you know there was an auction and 3 companies got the license for WI-MAX biding 215 crore taka.
as far as i came to know,
BANGLALION COMMUNICATIONS LIMITED is going to launch WI-MAX at 1st june,2009.they said, you just need to buy just a machine ( the price is approximate 3000 taka)to be connected with their system if their bts tower situated in your area.at the beggining, the monthly internet charge is 600 taka for unlimited and 300 taka for 12am-9am.they suppose to provide 128 kbps.
